A Cyberpunk UE4 environment I started for the Cyberpunk Challenge hosted by DiNusty and Experience Points.
All the visual assets were entirely made by me apart from the original graffiti alphas and some of the visual effects used in the scene. I used alphas from Johnny Fehr's 100 Hires Graffiti Decals pack from the graffiti decals.
I created the city background texture by compositing photos of real-life cities together. in front of that are 3D buildings to ad some depth.
I used vertex painting to add more wet areas and puddles to the ground.
Graffiti decal material. i also used the same master material for grunge and litter decals.
